“Hey, how’s it going? My name is Hunter, and in January 2020 I joined my wife cleaning full-time and made Caila’s Cleaning Crew a family business. Nowadays I work behind the scenes, managing books and training new employees. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at church, playing with my three little girls, or out on my boat fishing.”

Hey everyone! My name is Teal Driscoll, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the family business as the administrative assistant. That means I'm the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call our office. I’m here to help you and make sure you have a great experience with our company, so feel free to call me anytime to schedule a quote or ask questions about your service.
I joined the company because the Crew offers what the corporate world does not: personalized service and a friendly culture. I love that we are a small, locally-owned business, and I get to work one-on-one with management on a daily basis. We extend that same personalized care to our clients, so know that when you choose the Crew, you’ll get a cleaning that's customized to you and your household.
When I’m not at work, I love being outdoors. I hike and do landscape photography, and I swam in an alpine lake once—although that lasted all of five seconds. (So cold!) I also enjoy baking and volleyball.
Maya
Hey friends! My name is Maya. I love working for the Crew because everyone on the team is super supportive. Plus, we have fun while we work! When I’m not cleaning, I love spending time with my family, going on long walks, hiking, and watching the sunset. I also enjoy baking, and I live for iced coffee. (Who doesn’t?)
Lexie
Hi, I'm Lexie! I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because the company immediately caught my eye—it felt so friendly and welcoming, and I knew I wanted to be part of that kind of team. When I’m not cleaning, I love going on walks and spending quality time with my family. I’m all about keeping things simple, peaceful, and joyful. Fun fact about me? I ran in the state track meet—an experience I’ll never forget! I’m so excited to be part of this crew and can’t wait to help bring a little extra sparkle and care to every space I clean.

Hi, I'm Alexis!
I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I simply love to clean! There’s something so satisfying about creating a fresh, sparkling space—it just makes me happy.
When I’m not cleaning, you can usually find me in the kitchen baking something sweet or hanging out with my furry (and not-so-furry) crew. I’ve got three dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla—it’s a full house, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I’m thrilled to be part of a team that prioritizes quality and makes people’s lives a little brighter, one clean space at a time.

Hi, I'm Sarah!
I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I was looking for a positive work environment with a supportive work/life balance—and a job I knew I could be confident in and truly enjoy. Being part of a team that values both its employees and clients makes coming to work each day really rewarding.
Outside of work, I love thrifting for unique and vintage clothes, jewelry, and home décor, and I enjoy decorating the home I share with my partner. I’m also a big fan of cooking and baking delicious food to share with the people I love. When I’m relaxing, you’ll probably find me spending time with our two fur babies, gaming, or watching movies and TV shows.
Fun fact about me: I’m absolutely obsessed with Halloween! I love wearing Halloween-themed clothes and accessories all October long. I also enjoy getting festive for other holidays and special occasions throughout the year.

Brooke
Hi, I'm Brooke!
I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I was looking for a fast-paced, friendly work environment—and that’s exactly what I found! I love being part of a team that gets things done while keeping the vibe positive and supportive.
At home, life is just as full! I have four amazing kids, and when I’m not with them, I enjoy painting, experimenting in the kitchen, and soaking up all the little creative moments in between.
Fun fact about me? I have five cats… yes, five! 😄 There’s never a dull moment, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m excited to be part of a team that cares deeply about our clients and brings joy (and sparkle!) to every space we clean.

Hi, I'm Ashley!
I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I genuinely love cleaning and staying active throughout the day. Something is rewarding about helping to make our clients’ lives a little easier while creating clean, welcoming spaces they can enjoy.
When I’m not at work, I love working out at Hotworx, spending time with my family, and relaxing with a good movie.
Fun fact about me: I have an identical twin sister, and my twin, younger sister, and I were all born on holidays! We celebrate birthdays on Christmas and Thanksgiving, which definitely makes family gatherings extra special.

Ella
Hi, I'm Ella!
I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I love creating clean spaces! There’s something so rewarding about taking a room from cluttered to sparkling, and knowing I’ve helped make someone’s day a little easier. Being able to create that kind of transformation is really relaxing and enjoyable for me.
When I’m not at work, I spend a lot of my time teaching my dog and my pet guinea pigs new tricks. I also enjoy learning new things and challenging myself.
Fun fact about me: I’m currently pursuing a degree to become an ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreter! I’ve always been fascinated by ASL and can’t wait to continue learning and one day use it to help others.
I’m excited to be part of the Crew and look forward to bringing a little extra sparkle to every home and business I clean!
